Our client are a leading healthcare provider, and they are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join their growing digital team. 

The Senior Digital Product Manager is a key strategic leadership role within the Digital team, responsible for evaluating, advising, and triaging emerging digital demand from the organisation. This role acts as the key driver of strategic discovery activity and the bridge between the business, customers, and digital delivery to ensure the business is building and prioritising the right experiences for our customers which will drive maximum value.

Responsibilities:

  • The role takes a strategic 6-12 month forward view of digital sales channel across all portfolios, and coordinates with key stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and key customer problems that need to be solved ensuring the right focus between the commercial and customer outcomes

  • This role is heavily involved in partnering with the Head of Digital Sales to drive the strategic roadmap and needs to understand the health insurance market, digital industry trends, the business, and the customer to be empowered to make the right decisions around the roadmap to drive a holistic product strategy and vision.

  • This roles partners with stakeholders outside of digital requiring digital activation to ensure they receive support and prioritisation, with clear communication on roadmap, resources and capacity to ensure we are and continue to be a successful business partner

  • Identifying new opportunities for digital initiatives working with broader Digital Sales, Analytics, and Experience and Design teams and Customer Advocacy to ensure there is no digital laggard between us and competitors, and customer expectations with evolving digital technologies

  • Accountable for ensuring appropriate levels of discovery before initiative enters the delivery system, working with the experience and design team, product managers and delivery leads

  • Taking a data-driven approach, this role will focus on forming and validating hypotheses to identify the right direction for discovery

  • Partner with finance on forecasting benefits for new digital initiatives and features, and tracking performance once in production to socialise with relevant stakeholders

  • The role uses both customer value and business value to prioritise work for delivery teams and the business.
