Mid-level Developer

​We are currently recruiting for an Australian not-for-profit mental health organisation based in Sydney. They are currently on the lookout for an experienced Full Stack Engineer, that would work predominantly on front end work but also has some experience around back end also. 

The role would be critical in supporting their online interactive chat product and providing end-to-end web solutions, while working closely with the product managers, delivery and data team to provide optimal customer care products to aid in making a positive impact in helping the mental health and wellbeing among young people. Stakeholder management is therefore a beneficial skill for this role. 

The role will be responsible for translating product features and UX designs into applications and API’s, as well as developing solutions which meet the sensitive requirements required within a mental health org. The role supports the development team and Senior Dev manager, resolving technical and product issues and ensuring high levels of observability and monitoring for any new products, features or bug fixes that are rolled out. 

The ideal candidate will also need to have strong experience working with React and next.js, as well as experience with some form of software testing such as Playwright, Browserstack, Cypress etc., as well as being very comfortable working with Git. Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS is also a key requirement.
