Product Owner
This is a 9 month Salary Product Owner role for a global health insurance organisation. You will be working across everything with a sales pathway core to the website. In the broader team, there is Marketing, UX and Design, Customer Research (business), analytics and insights teams etc. This role is a PO role within the Merchandising team which consists of 2 squads and will be working on the “Abandon Cart” aspects of the quotation pathway, online offers and mobile optimisation.
It would be leading a squad in feature development for merchandising.Ideal candidates would need to have a background working within a digital sales experience as well as having strong capability with maintaining team backlog priorities. This role will involve leading a dev squad with the aim of providing upper funnel activity on the company website, with a focus on convincing the customer to complete the sales pathway to purchase. It is therefore essential for the individual to have experience in developing features, as they will be leading an agile squad, and would be working alongside numerous stakeholders, including the BA, the delivery manager and designers.
