The Principal Product Designer role conceptualises and brings to life an extremely high quality presentation experience to the world. In this role you will be working on the core product and will take end to end responsibility to ship key features that will be used by all of our users.

 

Core responsibilities of this role

• Design product experiences that balance vision, craft and meet user needs effectively and delightfully
   

• Own design problems end to end, from concept through shipping and beyond
   

• Craft every detail of new product features, including flows, prototypes and pixel-perfect execution.
   

• Run projects end to end with the founder and engineering team to ship complete experiences
   

• Create new patterns that are intuitive and evolve our design system intentionally
   

• Obsess over visual design, motion and experience
   

• Understand our users and define new opportunities for tools that keep our product on the bleeding edge
   

• Collaborate with Growth teams to ensure our product solutions are represented effectively
   

• Contribute to thought leadership and shape the design culture as a senior member of the design team by providing feedback, direction, and support
   

• Evolve best practices for the design team
