Reporting into the Ecommerce Director, our client are looking for an experienced performance lead, who has proven capability in managing large budgets, multiple brands and delivering results to join their team.

Working across their three consumer brands, you will be responsible for the overall performance strategy, looking for new ways to innovate and grow our market share.

This role is absolutely pivotal to the success of their business. They want you to be excited by the challenge of leading a portfolio of growing brands and delivering a performance strategy that will stand them apart and take the business to the next level. You will be supported by and manage a team of four highly skilled and motivated team members who are hungry to make a difference and excited by the opportunities to grow.

Core Activities:

  • Ownership of the overall performance strategy for 3 consumer brands, across search, social, programmatic, video.

  • Responsible for their Google partnership and delivering growth through our Joint business partnership plan.

  • Portfolio management – understanding and knowing when and where to play for each brand to ensure they drive efficient growth for the group and reduce their CAC.

  • Experimentation is at the core of what you and the team do – installing this approach within the team and celebrating the wins and losses is key.

  • Industry expert and thought leadership within your team and the organisation. This space can be complex and change at speed, it’s important that you have a passion for all things performance and that you can bring others on journey with you.

  • Data first - partner with their insights team to deliver solutions that leverage their data, improve ROI and have a solid measurement framework that looks beyond last click.

  • Work with the digital marketing managers and media partners to constantly optimise their budgets to ensure that they are maximising their return and not leaving any opportunity on the table.

  • Lead their external agencies to ensure that they are not only helping you deliver your strategy but also challenging you and the team to think differently.

  • Team Leadership both within your team and cross functionally to ensure that we collaborate and win as team. Inspire your team and help them with goal setting, mentoring and identifying growth opportunities.
