Our client is one of Australia's leading insurance companies, and they have an opportunity for a Digital Analytics Specialist to implement and maintain digital analytics of customer journeys, through websites and platforms to understand performance through dashboards, reports and data analysis.

The goal is to ensure accurate measurement of online activity to understand digital experience, and identify opportunities for optimisation.

What you should expect:

  • Maintain and configure digital analytics tools to measure and monitor both their core platform, and partner platform performance.

  • Monitor platform and website performance and perform analysis to discover customer experience insights that will lead to opportunities for optimisation.

  • Work autonomously as a digital analytics subject matter expert with key business stakeholders to drive solutions

  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the data driven experience framework, leading to better customer outcomes

  • Provide requirements for implementation of advanced event tracking and tagging as content/applications are developed across all Allianz and integrate changes into dashboards and reports.

  • Work with other reporting teams to ensure that web analytics is integrated into the broader Consumer reporting suite.

  • Contribute to the development and streamlining of processes and procedures to enable an effective operating rhythm and proactively manage risk.
     

Important to your success:
 

  • Experience of website design, information architecture, page layouts, and customer journey reporting.

  • Demonstrated understanding of web technologies like HTML, JavaScript, server-side scripting, web servers, log files, browser developer tools, etc.

  • Demonstrated analytics skills with the ability to pull out key data sets and report on trends, conversions and engagement rates.

  • Experience delivering projects using agile methodologies nice to have..

  • Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with digital analytics tools (Adobe Analytics experience preferable), and hands on exposure with related MarTech systems (Adobe Experience Cloud), software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
